ADULT BALLET LESSONS
At Prima Ballet Academy it's never too late to begin your ballet journey. Our Adult classes are suitable for people who have never done a dance class before, as well as those who are returning to dance after a number of years away. With a focus on classical technique, fitness, flexibility, strength and laughter, these classes are bound to be a highlight of your week!
As an added bonus, our Adult Ballet lessons also include the Progressing Ballet Technique program. This is a revolutionary program designed specifically to enhance classical and contemporary technique through body-conditioning and strengthening.
With the expertise of a qualified ballet teacher, adults of all ages and abilities are able to enjoy these challenging and rewarding classes.
Our Adult Ballet Classes
COST
There are two payment options for our adult ballet class. Students can choose to come along casually at $30 +gst per 60 minute lesson that they attend. You can also choose to commit to a term for just $23/week +gst.
WHAT TO WEAR
Our adult students can wear absolutely anything they feel comfortable in. Some wear a ballet outfit (leotard and skirt), others simply wear their gym clothes.
PERFORMANCES
Our adult students can choose to participate in ballet exams. They can also choose to participate in our end of year concert. Neither of these are required though. Everyone gets to make their own choices.
